In Dubrovnik the stone talks; from its most hidden corners to its most sumptuous palaces that have all been silent witnesses of the time when this City was the sead of the glorious Republic of Ragusa. Starting in the Old Harbour that had seen the Ragusian galleons sail out to the Mediterranean ambitiously competing with the Venetian ones, passing by the statue of Orlando, the keeper of the flag of Liberty, join us visiting Dubrovnik's most important sights such as the Rector's Palace, Sponza, the Cathedral, St Blaise and St Francis church, and reveal some of the most fascinating stories hidden behind its stone walls.

We will depart from the Old Harbour by boat, enjoying the magnificent views of the City Walls and the island of Lokrum. After a delightful boat ride of about 45 minutes, we'll visit the old city of Cavtat situated on a pine-wooded peninsula with its Mausoleum on its hilltop, from where descends a series of picturesque narrow streets that meet the seafront in one of the most beautiful sea promenades in the area. A traditional meal based on shellfish and seafood and excellent local wine will be served for us in a famous restaurant with views of Cavtat Bay, to complete this charming afternoon on the Dubrovnik Riviera.

The first sight of the day will be the historical town of STON with one of the longest city walls in Europe (5,5 km). Reaching the Peljesac peninsula, we will take a boat in the port of Orebic and have a panoramic boat ride to one of the most beautiful Adriatic islands, Korcula. Dense pine forests and crystal blue sea make the scenery of the surroundings of the Old Town of KORČULA, that we visit with a local guide (the Cathedral, the Treasury of the Abbey). Its narrow streets positioned in a form of a fishbone and the Venetian looking facades carved in stone remember us that Korcula was the birthplace of the world famous traveler, Marco Polo. On our way back we'll make a stop in a local winery to taste some local wines.

In the neighboring country of Bosnia y Herzegovina, the city of Mostar is situated in the surroundings of the Old Bridge that overpasses the turquoise waters of the Neretva river, along the Turkish style quarters with Mosques and typical bazaars. Its rich and complex multicultural heritage based on its Christian roots and traces of the long lasting Turkish domination have marked not only the history of this town but also its present day situation. The excursion includes the visit to the Turkish house, the Mosque and the Old Bridge with a local guide, a panoramic bus ride to the Spanish square and a visit of Počitelj, a citadel that preserves all the elements of Turkish medieval architecture.

A small recently independent country on the Adriatic that reveals an extraordinary beautiful coastline filled with contrasts. Only about 45 km south from Dubrovnik, we will enjoy the magnificent views of the Fiord of Kotor with its abrupt mountains, little islands and picturesque medieval towns, Risan and Perast, concentrating the time of the visit in the monumental town of KOTOR (UNESCO's World Heritage City). In the second half of the journey we'll be visiting the Budvan Riviera, famous Montenegrin tourist destination with long sandy beaches and interesting historical sites. We will have free time to discover the Old City of BUDVA, make a panoramic stop for the views of the island-city of St Stefan and on our way back we'll take a ferry across the Bay of Kotor.

The archipelago of small islands in the vicinity of Dubrovnik that attracts visitors for its lush Mediterranean vegetation, its picturesque fishermen's villages, beautiful sandy beaches and excellent gastronomy based on fresh seafood specialties. The boat will take us to the most important islands of this archipelago, the islands of LOPUD and KOLOČEP with its beautiful sandy beach to have a swim; we will stop at ŠIPAN to see its castle and in the town of Lopud famous for the summer palaces and gardens of the Ragusian aristocracy along its waterfront.

THE ISLANDS BY SALING BOAT or SPEED BOAT: private excursions for groups from 2 – 8 persons in a speed boat or a sailing boat, with skipper, for a half or full day trip.
We sail out from the Old Harbour at sunset just in time to enjoy the stunning views of the Pearl of Adriatic and its walls from the sea. Sailing among the islands of Dubrovnik Riviera during about 45 minutes we'll reach the city of Cavtat. There we'll have some free time to walk around its beautiful sea promenade and discover its narrow streets filled with charm. Afterwards, we shall have dinner in a cozy restaurant with views of the Cavtat Bay tasting the delicious POPARA, a traditional dish from Dalmatia once preferred by the Dubrovnik's aristocracy, based on fresh fish and seafood. An unforgettable safari through the mountains of Konavle enjoying the amazing views of the Dubrovnik Riviera, we drive on through the marshes of the Ljuta river and then to the peak of St Elias mountain, from where we descend to Molunat beach for a swim. Scuba diving
